About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses the BrainRush website. By playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who runs BrainRush
BrainRush is a personal project run by Ahmed Fahim ("we" in these terms). You can reach us at ahmedfahim89@gmail.com.
Using the game
BrainRush is free to play, for personal use with family and friends, at parties, in class or at work.
You don't need an account to play.
The Admin area is for the site owner only.
Android app
The BrainRush app for Android opens this same website full screen in Chrome. These terms apply to the app in the same way as to the website. The app is free, saves the same data as the website and shows no ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Fair use
When you use BrainRush, please don't:
enter offensive player or team names, or another person's private details (such as a phone number or address) as a name;
attack or overload the site, or copy its questions with scripts or other automated tools;
try to get around the admin login or reach parts of the site that aren't meant for players.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Questions and content
The questions and answers are written with care, but some may be wrong or out of date. Arabic texts are translations. BrainRush is a game for fun, not a source of facts.
Photos belong to their authors and are used under the licences shown in the caption under each photo (for example CC BY or CC BY-SA).
Names, brands and trademarks mentioned in questions belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they support BrainRush.

No warranty
BrainRush is provided "as is", without any warranty. It may change, have errors, be unavailable, or stop at any time without notice. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
